Requirements:

Applicants interested in this position must be at least 18 years old, with a high
school diploma or equivalent. Applicants should be neat in appearance, self-motivated and
seeking an opportunity to advance in the hotel industry. College education a plus.
Bilingual abilities a plus.

Compensation:

Starting salary is competitive. Health and other benefits are offered.

Responsibilities include scheduled preventative maintenance of
guest rooms, general repairs to rooms and common areas, painting,
light plumbing repair and electrical repair.
